Meridian Group Completes Acquisition of Atlas Grid Infrastructure

NEW YORK — Meridian Group (“the Group”) today announced the completion of its previously disclosed acquisition of Atlas Grid Infrastructure, a transmission and distribution operator serving 2.3 million connections across the Midwest.

The transaction adds approximately 14,000 circuit-miles of regulated transmission assets to Meridian’s energy sector and is expected to be immediately accretive to the Group’s regulated-asset earnings base.
